As part of this commitment, the company offers a reasonable quantity of complimentary product samples upon request, along with a limited number of hours of laboratory testing services. These services are intended to assist in the evaluation and selection of suitable BC Technology products for incorporation into a commercial partner’s own formulations.

All such services are provided in good faith to streamline development timelines, reduce formulation costs, and help commercial partners achieve high-performance results.

Policy Terms

Product samples are provided free of charge and are intended exclusively for research, development, and evaluation by qualified commercial partners.

Samples are not intended for personal, hobbyist, household, or other non-commercial use.

All samples must be used solely for their intended purpose and may not be sold, transferred, or shared with third parties without prior written approval from BC Technology Co., LTD.

In consideration of complimentary samples and technical support, recipients agree to share feedback and test results after evaluation. This information should include relevant observations, performance data, or conclusions to assist BC Technology in improving product quality and supporting mutual development goals.

These services are offered as a professional courtesy. Partners are expected to act in good faith and not abuse BC Technology’s support by repeatedly requesting samples without a defined commercial purpose or intent to engage in future collaboration.

BC Technology reserves the right to limit, suspend, or withdraw sample support at its discretion.

The requester shall be responsible for all shipping and handling costs. Laboratory testing services may be subject to a service fee; however, such fees may be credited toward a purchase order placed within one (1) calendar year from the date of the service.
